Custom-project discovery
Bring the process. Let’s find the next step.
You don’t need a technical specification to start. Tell us what your team is trying to do, where it gets difficult, and what a better working day would look like.
The workflow, before the software.
We’ll discuss the operational need and whether a custom system or an existing product could be a useful direction. The conversation does not commit you to a project or establish a fixed delivery scope.
- What starts the process, and what needs to happen next?
- Who handles the work, and where do handovers get stuck?
- Which tools and data are already involved?
- What would a practical improvement need to change?
What happens afterwards?
If there is a fit, we discuss how to clarify requirements, scope, priorities, and commercial terms. Any paid discovery, design, or build work must be agreed separately. A meeting is not a promise of delivery.
Book a discovery conversation
Choose an available time in our external Calendly scheduler.
Open booking calendar (opens a new tab)
Your meeting is booked only when the scheduler confirms it. If the calendar is unavailable, use the enquiry option below.
Send a project enquiry
Share a short description of your process and challenge. Leave out confidential customer information, passwords and payment details.
Go to enquiry form or email support@cloudwowx.com. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
Choose the right journey.
This page is for a custom-project discussion. Compare our solutions for product information; the existing OmniX offer remains a separate subscription journey.
What should I prepare?
A short description of the process, the people involved, the tools you use and the main bottleneck is enough. Use anonymised examples; don’t share credentials or sensitive customer data.
Is discovery a fixed-price project?
This is a first conversation, not a fixed-price build or predefined paid discovery package. Further work and fees require a separate agreement.
Does clicking the calendar book my meeting?
No. Follow the external scheduling service’s steps and wait for its confirmation. CloudwowX does not treat a calendar-link click as a confirmed booking.
