Refund Policy

CloudwowX subscriptions are subject to a 6-month minimum commitment. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of a billing event. Refunds are not available for completed service months or setup work already delivered.

Email support@cloudwowx.com with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
