Custom software capabilities

Turn everyday bottlenecks into better systems.

The workflow comes first. The software follows. These are representative directions, scoped to your business.

  • Operations systems — Custom operating systems for businesses that have outgrown scattered tools and informal workarounds.
  • Workflow automation — Automations designed around real business rules, people and decisions—not a generic recipe library.
  • AI-enabled workflows — Practical AI capabilities embedded into custom systems where they assist a real operational step.
  • Client portals — Client-facing systems that give customers a clear place to submit, review and follow the work that concerns them.
  • Business dashboards — Decision-focused dashboards designed around the questions your managers need to answer.
  • Document workflows — Digital workflows for forms, requests, approvals and documents that need a dependable route through the business.

Practical software evidence

See how the software supports the work.

A request shouldn’t disappear between an inbox, a spreadsheet, and a handover. A structured workflow can keep the details, responsibility, and next action together.

This example shows the kind of operational problem we discuss in discovery. It is an illustration—not an authorised client project or a claim about measured results.

Illustrative workflow · customer requests

Scattered process

  1. Request in an inbox
  2. Details in a spreadsheet
  3. Owner in a message
  4. Progress chased manually

Proposed organised process

  1. Structured request intake
  2. Details in one record
  3. Clear owner and status
  4. Visible next action

A representative system direction, not a client case study. No measured savings or delivery outcome is implied.

Discuss a workflow like this

A considered path to delivery

Start with the work. Agree what comes next.

A practical conversation before a technical solution. The stages below are a proposed engagement framework; exact deliverables and responsibilities depend on the agreed scope.

  1. Understand the workflow.

Discuss the people, tools, repeated steps, and bottlenecks before choosing a system direction.

  2. Define scope and priorities.

Agree the requirements, boundaries, priorities, and commercial terms for the proposed work.

  3. Design and build.

Develop the scoped system, with design and review checkpoints agreed for the project.

  4. Test, launch, and hand over.

Agree testing, access, launch responsibilities, and the handover needed for your team.

  5. Support and improve.

Plan maintenance and future changes under the support arrangements agreed for your project.

Timelines, review milestones, testing, documentation, ownership, hosting, and support are confirmed in the project agreement—not assumed here.

A clear business relationship

Confidence starts with clarity.

Know who you’re speaking to, what you’re considering, and which terms apply. Confirm the people, responsibilities, and support arrangements for your project or product.

An identifiable business

Cloudwow (Pty) Ltd trades as CloudwowX in South Africa.

A direct point of contact

Use support@cloudwowx.com or the contact page to discuss your needs. Confirm project contacts and responsibilities before work begins.

Terms before assumptions

Custom projects and product subscriptions have different requirements. Scope, billing, access, licensing, and support should be clear before you commit.

Business & service information

Common questions

A little clarity before we talk.

Should I choose custom software or an existing product?

A ready-made product may suit a defined content, support, or messaging need. For tailored rules, connected systems, or a different operational flow, discovery helps establish whether a custom build is the better fit.

Can you work with our existing tools?

We assess current tools, APIs, data and access during discovery. Integrations depend on technical feasibility, provider permissions and agreed scope.

What happens during discovery?

We discuss the process, people, bottlenecks and useful changes. This is a first conversation about fit and next steps, not a commitment to a build.

How is a custom project priced?

Requirements, complexity, integrations and delivery scope determine pricing. Costs and terms must be agreed before work begins; there is no universal custom-project price.

What happens after launch?

Support, maintenance, hosting and improvements need to be agreed for your project. Unlimited or lifetime support is not assumed.

Are products billed separately?

Treat each product and offer as a separate purchase. Shared accounts, data, billing or subscriptions are not promised. The OmniX subscription offer is not checkout for HelpX or WACRM.

Can a product be customised?

Extensions depend on technical access, licensing, feasibility and separately agreed scope. Customisation is not automatically included in a subscription.

How are ownership, hosting, access, and data handled?

Confirm licensing, intellectual property, hosting responsibilities, access, data handling and handover in the applicable agreement before committing.
